Whether you’re having a business meeting, board meeting, or team off-site, you can find a room that suits your meeting goals.
Downtown and the West End
Downtown Vancouver is a popular area for meetings and is conveniently accessible by public transportation. It’s also a great place for dining, entertainment, and the arts.
You can find a good selection of hotel meeting rooms in downtown Vancouver. Century Plaza Hotel & Spa, Metropolitan Hotel Vancouver, Rosewood Hotel Georgia, and Pan Pacific Vancouver all have meeting spaces and boardrooms. You can filter rooms based on your group size by clicking “Guests” at the top right, above the search results on HelloRSVP.
Another corporate meeting space is UBC Robson Square. For a unique venue with a small boardroom, take a look at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
In the West End, hotels with spaces for business or company off-site meetings include Shangri-La Hotel, Coast Coal Harbour Hotel, Blue Horizon Hotel, Sylvia Hotel, The Listel Hotel, and Loden Hotel. The Westin Bayshore Vancouver has over 30 event and conference rooms.
If you’re looking for a community space meeting area, there’s Barclay Manor. There’s also many places to dine in the West End.
Gastown, Chinatown, and Yaletown
In Gastown, Brix Studio offers meeting spaces that can also be used for a team retreat. You’ll also find nice private dining areas in this historic neighbourhood.
In nearby Chinatown, there are many Chinese and seafood restaurants for group dining.
In Yaletown, Level Furnished Living offers meeting rooms. For a corporate meeting room rental in a hotel, there’s the Opus Hotel Vancouver. As Yaletown is a stylish neighbourhood, you’ll also find nice restaurants if you would like to hold a social gathering after the event.
The West Side (Kitsilano and Cambie Corridor)
In the West Side, a unique space that has corporate meeting space for large and small groups is the Museum of Vancouver.
One of the top attractions at Granville Island is the Public Market, which offers great options for anyone who likes good food.
If you’re doing a team retreat or off-site meeting, check out Granville Island Hotel, which has multiple meeting spaces. Granville Island also has many eateries that can provide additional dining options for your group.
Vancouver International Airport Area (Richmond, BC)
Another area for meetings is near the Vancouver Airport, which is about a 25-minute drive from downtown. Meeting venues in this area include Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel, Quality Hotel Airport, and The Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport.
